Weston Cage Arrested for Attack with Deadly Weapon: Weston Cage began his day in police custody after being taken into jail for a suspected attack on his mother, Christina Fulton.
After being detained on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon at 7 AM on Wednesday, Weston, the son of Nicolas Cage, reportedly turned himself in at an LAPD station with his attorney by his side, according to our law enforcement sources.
According to what we’ve been informed, prosecutors have filed charges against Weston for assault with a deadly weapon and have issued an arrest warrant for him.
Later on Wednesday, Cage was freed from detention after posting a $150k bond.
According to our sources, Christina was seen out and about in Los Angeles with horrifying bruises all over her face after an apparent argument with her mother, which we reported on back in May. This is likely connected to the arrest Weston.
At the time, we informed you that police were looking into the event as potentially being a felony battery. By the time police arrived, Weston had already left the area, and rumours have it that Christina wasn’t quite honest about what had happened.
According to our sources, she intervened on her son’s behalf in a tearful situation while denying that they had argued.
Weston has been contacted, but we haven’t heard back yet.
